1- Make sure that you laptop is connected to the power plug ( 2day the electricity was killing everything so this is 1 reason)

2- Make sure that The Mediums That you are using are clean and of a good quality

3- Make Sure that you are not using the laptop while making the recovery disk

4- Make sure that your laptop is being cooled correctly

5- Sometimes it's better to disconnect the internet when doing recovery disks

Retry The Process And Make sure that you are respecting the mentioned 5 Conditions
