I don't know
I hate laptops
every part in it costs 4 times more than in a usual pc
it's very fragile

I was araid the hard disk was the problem,since nothig worked then
and the "hard disk self test" suggested enno el hard disk fa2a3

but it was nothing more than a corrupt file
