Well , thats a review by some guy about the GTX ,he said u need to have an ample cooling in ur case(dont know wats that ) , and that the card is huge , so i need a huge case , and i should get a psu that is not less than 600 w , or else the card will function improperly.
im obcessed with this gtx now  , 50% better performance from the 9600 9800 geforces w hek .!
But like u said , am afraid that it wont function 100% cuz of my cpu and my screen ( cuz it would need more ) , so thts money wasted.
