The Lebanese government is the only authority allowed to take a decision in considering a certain country as an enemy or not, they never took such a decision against Syria.

and as i told you, everyone collaborated with Syria except General Aoun, even the LF fought side by side with the Syrians against General Aoun and participated in the governments that have been formed after 1990, same as for the Kataeb and what was called the opposition.

And as i told you also, Hezbollah have strategic relations with Syria, if it wasn't for Syria, Hezbollah would have been slaughtered a long time ago.
Hezbollah opposed all the governments since 1990 till 2005.
Hezbollah were Syria's allies benefiting from their relations with the Syrian regime for the best of Lebanon and the resistance, not for making own fortunes, running ministries and being Syrian puppets.
when they thanked Syria, they had their reasons, and the reasons are what i just stated.
