Chocolate Microwave Cake

Ingredients :
1/4 cup cocoa
1/3 cup hot water
3/4cup plus 2 tbsp flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup hot water
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla

Mix cocoa and hot water in microwave proof bowl.
Put in micro for 40-50 seconds until thickened
In another bowl mix the flour, sugar, soda, powder and salt.
Add 1/3 cup hot water, oil, egg, vanilla and the choco mixture
Blend until smooth
Pour into microsafe dish greased with butter and put plastic wrap on the bottom.
Microwave for 5-6 mins
Let stand 5 mins.
Cool and frost
Best served with hot chocolate sauce.

Chocolate Sauce

2/3 cup cocoa
1 and 2/3 cup sugar
1 and 1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Mix cocoa, sugar and water . Let boil for 1 min.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla
