The head of Hezbollah is its Secretary General...Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah...
Sayyed Ali Khamenei is seen as a great religious figure, a role model, and a leader...yes..but not head of Hezbollah.
Sayyed Khamenei is in Iran and is the head of an Islamic country.
Hezbollah resides in a country of many religions and cannot follow everything said by Sayyed Khamenei due to the difference in the 2 countries and the different political situations they're in.
That is why Hezbollah makes its own political decisions regardless of religious views or how they see Sayyed Khamenei.
