mmmmmmm this is tough.
I think its a feeling that each one of us has no matter how deep inside it maybe. And the reason i say that is because we tend to come across people in our lives who can be very cold and cruel and think that they have no "heart." but im sure there is at least one thing in this life that would warm them up and allow them to express their feeling of love or feel loved. We all have the ability to love its a not a unique talent that people might not have. Now what might be the talent is our unique ways of showing love and cherishing it.
Not everyone knows how to express their feelings of love. So once u learn that i think ure a very talented person along with ur feeling of love that u have.
But all in all, love is a feeling that in some is very close to the surface for some and easy to express and for others it maybe buried deep deep inside (giving us the illusion that they dont have the "ability to love" but truly they do have that feeling just dont have the talent of knowing how to use it
