But i strongly believe that we should have a high sense of self esteem, or "selfishness" in a non-vicious way!=D

That is exactly what I've wanted to say...You can always "have interest in yourself" and still care for others...this is not called selfishness, and it isn't bad. But when you start thinking about no one else but you, ignore the people around you, even hurt your best friends, then that is called pure Selfishness.
