- 5-6 meduim portion meals
- the meal before the workout should be before 2 hours and have to be carbo not protein
- do cardio exercises during the weekend (running, dancing,....)
- 4 days of exercise r pretty enough ( 5 days for more advanced level)
- the last meal should be before 2 hours from sleeping , and exactly before u sleep drink alot of water (to aoivd hunger w ma tfee2 nos el leil jou3an )
- also drink during exercise
- akeed no chips w no fried meals
- u can have a small chocolate bar per day, or replace it by a protein choco bar (cost u 4$/bar :P )
- and dedicate ur mind to the sport u r doin while exercising, for get the outside world
