Well, i do run a lot, mainly places near home, i go to tayouneh make 2 rounds,or airport road reach the airport then go back to home(haret hreik), i do that at night after 8, it really helps to refresh urself and give more concentration on work, but i don use any music player coz ill start dancing in the middle of da streets .
But what i like da most is to run when there are obstacles, like in a forest or a mountain, actually i do freestyle running (parkour), try it guys ,it is so fun,
and am ready to join anybody for a run, yalla guys make groups .
