diet pepsi is really very low in calorie, they're not joking when they say 1 calorie, though the 2.25 litre I drink must have around 10 calories

I heard that drinking caffeine might increase your craving for sugar(though the sources that say that are not really good ones)
pepsi diet has good and bad stuff about it.
bad stuff include the fact that caffeine is addictive, and it's an addiction that might be difficult to get over

2) increases your chance of getting osteoperosis (did I write that right? ) tara2o2 bel 3adem ya3né, this has been shown for those who consume more than 300 mg a day(10 ans of pepsi, people like me ) and at the begining, caffeine will cause you trouble sleeping

after you get used to caffeine, sleeping at night is not really a problem

good sides are:1) caffeine increases alertness, so you'd be more concentrating in class

2) caffeine increases the effect of panadol and other pain killers, making them way more effective without any side effects(I also heard some paracetamol drugs contain caffeine in them because it makes the drug more effective)

3)caffeine is suspected to delay and prevent Parkinson disease

4) it improves your heart's health by increasing its metabolism

of course there is also caffeine intoxication, you weight about 100 kilo right? so if you consume 2 KG of pure caffeine you'll die a cola can has 35 mg of caffeine so careful not to consume more than 60 thousand can a day

my source is google, everything I mentionned are written in any source you might find, but wether or not caffeine is good or bad is a matter of opinion, less parkinson disease and less heart disease for more bone loss and an addiction, personnaly I am in no hurry to quit

some studies say that caffeine really helps in weight loss by increasing metabolism
other research says that it is the contrary because it increases the secretion of hormones

so I'm lost

aspartame as I mentionned many many times before, it is not proven to be bad for the health, except for pregant women in high dose and people with a certain genetic disorder, all who claim that aspartame leads to cancer w maba3ref chou are sources related to juice companies who sell non acidic beverages(aspartame is only used for acid) and they want to degrade their opponents on the market to sell

they're not fooling me
