As for the internet connection, i can say that ur connecting to a high speed connection (since 150kb/sec) and usually high speed in canada comes with a bandwidth of 30Gb/month download. So as long as both u and ur neighbor (which u wont ask how much he's downloading) dont exceed 30Gb of download, he wont be over charged.
As for the Live streaming, you can watch OTV on
www.a3rab.net (which directs u to the same website that Miss O. suggested) and it works fine, however it buffers sometimes when there's a lot of traffic. Concerning LBC, i dont know any website that streams it.
