Personally ana bfaddil eno ta3mil training 3ade bel gym bala l whey proteins w amino acids w hal 7araket. Bas that's just me. If you want to gain muscle mass fast then this is the way to go.
Btw ntebih...take a 2nd opinion...usually these solutions differ according to the person's overall size.
Ya3ne if you're skinny i wouldn't recommend for you what i would recommend to someone who is already big boned.
EDIT :The fat burner is also a good solution. You can take it aslan without having to train...Of course training gives better result.
While training you take the fat burner twice per day.
