just start training and don't ook backand don't be in too much hurry
I have seen my friends at the gym, it takes a year before it even shows a bit that you go to the gym it takes 2 years to have real biceps and chest muscles

kinda depressing, but if you don't start you'll never get there

I won't take my chances with specific foods and pills
just eat like a horse, whatever your muscles needs they are bound to get it

also, being on a diet and training for muscles is not good, you can only do one of these 2
because cutting down on food will also lead to a decrease in muscle development
