1st of all as a start never approach the fat burner and amino acids, and if u have fat,also dont take protein. Start with the first month by making fat burning exercises then after that u can take 1 to 2 buckets of whey of protein only.
But if u want my advice and according to my experience, just eat and sleep well and u will see the results. to eat well means 6 regular meals per day(no chips,acid, choco,......)
