Orange Cat, The Problem is not between the living Armenian and the Turkish,
It is between the Armenian living abroad and the Turkish,
Even if the Armenian parliament agreed the agreement, the Armenian living abroad will reject it since they are the core of the problem.
The armenian government want peace with turkey, but the Armenian living abroad are considering this wrong, because they have been killed and their lands has been occupied and these lands still under the Turkish authority.
Until the Armenians living abroad and specially Tashnag agrees on the agreement like they want it to be nothing will be signed, the armenian government has no authority over the Armenian living abroad.
On a side Note the tashnag has Only 8% of the Armenian government, but this is changing, they are winning more seat every time.
The Armenian government wont risk loosing the big support from its citizen living abroad to make peace with turkey.
