A true magician never reveals his tricks, but i can :P
He used duplicate heart J cards and he rips them the same size and with the pace of his hand and some illusion moves( like when he asks him what hand do u use right or left? and the coin thing) he covers his trick, and for the "Prestige" or the last part of the trick, which is the card in the bottle.. well as u noticed he talk a lot about the pop thing of the bottle, then he makes all the audience make sure its a new bottle so they will believe its original, making them think there's no place for magic in the bottle.
The pop sounds is due to change of pressure (high to low) anyway the trick is to raise the pressure in the bottle again by heating the juice followed by the insertion of the torn card then freezing it for a while, what happens is the air inside the bottle will cool down and contracts [Thermodynamics I :P], when it contracts it will push down the cap now it can pop again which gives the illusion of a new bottle.
