Are "children" supposed to stay awake after 9:30 pm ? and if they do, where are their parents ?
On the other hand, most of parents these start teaching their children adult jokes, and adult behavior at the age of 2 months LOL.
Watching a TV show is optional for everyone, OTV is not obligating "children" to watch it. It's up to the parents to allow their children to watch or not.
