I advice you not to wait for anything. Always use the best from what's available. Not the best for you, but the best for the sake of being good. You have to accommodate yourself with what's more powerful, what's more efficient.

The Windows architecture is well known. Take an advanced course on operating systems. If you want to talk about the code, it is not a big deal since reverse engineering is always a way to disassemble Windows binaries and analyze the code structure. Read about Windows shell coding. Take a look for example about PEB, SEH, TOPSTACK techniques so you can have an idea of what I'm talking about.
Adding to this. When you have an open source software means you have a community support (Crackers Vs bug_trackers & developers => Some kind of "load balancing").

You have the beta version of Windows 7 that has expired and I'm not aware of any crack for it since logically, nobody is interested anymore in this release so nobody will attempt to crack it. Get another release of Windows 7. Cracks are everywhere.
As for the drivers, don't discuss that matter when you have an expired beta version. It is useless.
I don't know why some people just like 2ennou "ydebbou 7alon", 2ennou chou jebrak ta3mol migration 3ala trial beta release. If you want to try it, just run it as virtual machine. If you don't know what I'm talking about, Google for Virtual Box and read about visualization. I can help you in managing to install, configure and run Virtual Box in case you are interested.
