Cancer...don't think so but yes they can cause diseases.
It depends on what vitamin you're taking.
If they're fat soluble vitamins or water soluble vitamins.
Fat soluble vitamins such as A, E, D and K have certain doses that should not be exceeded. You will risk certain ailments.
Water Soluble vitamins such as vitamin C and B can be freely taken and will not cause any problems.
Drink as much orange juice as you want. You won't have any problems whatsoever.
