when you go to buy a car you take a mechanicien with you if everything is ok it means the car is ok whether it was totaled or new but i have seen many car dealers "before-fixing-cars" and none looked like these most probably the dealer will use some parts from these vecause there is no way to fix those, another important thing you should know that the insurance companies from abroad wont fix those for their customers instead they will get them new ones because it will be cheaper for them did you get my point? so these are sold as scrap metal and parts and if the dealer is stupid enough to fix them and sell them then they will be overpriced 2nd hand cars because they need alot of fixing, otherwise and good mechanicien can notice if there is something wrong, when we got our car we had a god mechanicien with us bye2ferlak iza el siyyara de3seh bi jouret mayy simply there are some places on a car you should check and immediately you will know if something is wrong.
