This idea isn't bad at all.
I think I can try to organize such radio, but what we will play on it and how much of listeners it will have.
It maybe not popular just because all music played there can be downloaded from VC or other sites. It's the main prob. of such projects.
Or it can be too popular. If more then 20 users will listen it will go down, as it was said above.
So we should perform some tests before starting, if the idea is supported yet.
