I don't think so, the global warming deals with atmosphere while the magnetic field basically related to the earth's crust and what's beneath.

This shifting is normal, it happens yearly and since long time ago..but the weird thing I'm waiting for is the polar shift and reversal that what research say it will happen in 2012, which is one of the major reasons of the whole 2012 hoax.

A polar shift and reversal ya3ne the north pole and the south pole will shift magnetically.
