Excel is not used for database, it is used to display results and make studies on results exported from DB,
Later on if you want to export your Job into a DB you will face lots of problems.
and if ur excel file has increased size dramatically you will face reliability problems and flexibility, when it comes to making transactions on excel sheet.
and for sure it is not optimal for multi users.
