- I wake up at 8 AM
- Leave home to the Gym at 8:30
- Come back home at 11:00
- Have lunch at 12:00
- Work till 7:00 PM
- Have dinner at 8:00 PM
- Sleep at around 11:00 PM
Same schedule as when i wake up at 6 AM the difference is that i work 2 additional hours in the morning and sleep at 10 PM instead.
Note that i adopted this lately, i used to spend the whole day in front of my computer and eat on my computer and nothing else :P
