first of all , 2/3 of the muscle is made of water and 1/3 of protein... YESSSSSS u need the protein shake 7 days a week even when u don't train.... coz ur muscles as i said earlier they grow while u r resting not while u r workin out.... and for mared to say that he can get the protein from eggs and white meat, dats right but u need to eat about 300 eggs and 75 fishes to get the protein ur muscles need to recover...coz no one can eat that much , they made protein shake instead ... so ur muscles need nutrition every 2-3 hours, so better for u to have breakfast with eggs and after two hours have a protein shake, coz protein shake is a meal... SO in short answer , yes u need protein shake every day specially after training and before u sleep coz ur muscles grow while u r sleepin and restin.... otherwise u can do as merad says and eat about 200 eggs...
