Don't have much time right now to be specific on everything but although I agree that the way that country is run is crazy, there is much bias and fabricated facts in this picture.

Example of bias:
"8% of education is devoted to learning communist morality and towards their leader"
In most schools in the United states, the students must swear an oath to their country and president everyday before starting their school-day. A student who doesn't could get detention.

Example of fabricated facts:
"US military spending is 4% of its GDP"
The US official military budget is about 8% of it's GDP, a number which is rapidly increasing. Furthermore, the black budget has been estimated to be almost as big as the official budget.
