Greetings from London TAXI,

Just wanted to thank you for posting that interview on your forum and just give a quick brief about London Taxi for some users who doesn't really have an idea about that kind of car.

London Taxi started since 1919 to create cars specially made for Taxi purpose interms of SAFETY & COMFORTABLE.

Our aim to invest into projects that help the country and the image of the Taxi services in Lebanon, and we believe by introducing the London Taxi into the Lebanese market many tourism would come now to visit Lebanon for the 1st time and use the black cabs since they trust it and many drivers who have old used cars would do their best to change and fix their cars to compete with us or else there will be out of the business which is good for the Lebanon and the image of this country. The development of the transport and taxi service sector will play a major role in improving the lifestyle and tourism in Lebanon.

Wheelchair access in some taxis can be a real problem. But the London Taxi has a shallow ramp due to its low floor line, making it suitable for both manual and electric wheelchair users to safely get in and out of the vehicle straight on to, or from, the pavement.The passenger compartment is spacious and designed to accommodate wheelchair users easily. Once in place, the wheelchair and passenger are secured using special harnesses and extendable seat belts, For the first time in Lebanon, now you can use your credit card wherever you are and whenever you want to pay for your transportation fees.

We are offering a 5 stars Taxi service with many options for free within the ride, so far the rate card will be like the top 5 companies who own a 2010 cars + a 30% on their actual prices which might be around 10 000LL which is nothing comparing to what we are offering interms of safety, comfortable, options a 5 seats car, As you know taxi driver in Lebanon are the most frustrating drivers, who would tell you his life story during the ride without even asking him, our drivers at London taxi have one job and one mission to take you to the right place at the right time during a safe comfortable ride.

Our target Market is any person who is willing to pay more for a better service and more comfy and the most important thing SAFE for themselves and their family, not any taxi can be a Taxi as you can see in Lebanon the market is such a mess anyone who own any car , he will get a red plate and put a TAXI signage on his rooftop and start the business , which is really wrong and I wish the government can start working on this sector and industry and create some regulations and specifications for the cars .
