But the Qur'an doesn't say we should stone people. And it tells us to be humane, if there was a better alternative to the physical punishments mentioned in the Qur'an I'm sure we should change to them.
What makes you think the Qur'an disses the Jews. It says we should respect all religions, especially Christians and Jews.
