These guys are called the Lonely Island, found by Andy Samberg, he used to sing solo at a show called SNL (Saturday Night Live) then he upgraded to getting famous singers to tag along in his songs, then he created the Lonely Island, in the video above (Jizz in my Pants)
he has Justin Timberlake singing along
