Grand Cinemas has more seats on offer per match than any other indoor/outdoor venue in the UAE, with over 1397 seats for every match of the 2010 FIFA World Cup, and will be the only place to watch the World Cup if you want comfort, atmosphere and the impressively large SUPER SPORT SCREEN......
Grand Cinemas has entered into a deal with Al Jazeera Sports to broadcast all 64 games of the 2010 FIFA World Cup across 3 Grand Cinemas (Grand ABC Ashrafieh, Grand Concorde Verdun and Grand Las Salinas Enfeh), on 5 digital screens in lebanon.
Although not confirmed yet, Grand Cinemas is also looking to bring you 10 of the last 16 games in HD- 3D. Future plans include major live sporting events such as the 2011 Rugby World Cup, The American Superbowl, The World Series of Baseball to name just a few. During the entire month long tournament (11th June to 11th July) Grand Cinemas will be having giveaways, prizes and promotions in association with our affiliate partners.
Matches commence at 2.30pm, 5pm or 9.30pm and cinema doors will be open 15 minutes prior to each match. Tickets start at 10,000LL per game for the early rounds, rising to 25,000LL for the final.
Ticket will be available for all matches from the 4th of June and can be bought (just like a movie ticket) at cinema ticketing offices, through our website e-booking service
