Lebanese brought the Palestinian refugees to their land, they allowed them to be armed. they allowed them to form militias and launch attacks against Israel from South Lebanon, and the Lebanese government didn't do a thing to stop it.
however, no one have the right to kill innocent civilians who aren't fighting.
But what happened is that both Palestinian militias and BG proved that both of them are militias and outlaws..jungle law. that's what usually happens when we don't have a state. and i'll never allow myself to support outlaws who target civilians and innocents.
