they would think in the same language babies think in it....becoz the language (arabic, french, eng, tanzanian......) is known due to hearing and since they have no hearing they have no known to us language
and i think no they dont dream by sounds......usaully people dream with touched things ya3ne things in unconsciences and sound not found there
