mostly practicing with weights and such cz I practice Basketball 2 times a week so I dnt need the Cardio stuff

winter: at about 5
summer: at about 11 (at times 3)

Protein and Amino Acids
What kind of food do you eat and what do you avoid?
stuff that has Proteins in it and less fat, avoid 2aleh w stuff fiyon zeit ktir, Sea-Food is very helpful aswell
When do you sleep and how long?
I try to sleep for a minimum time of 8 hours, in summer I sleep at 3 a.m. and wake up at 12-1 so it's about 8 hours, eza na2esneh nom I usually get VERY sleepy and actually sleep ba3ed el dohor
What's your goal, is it for losing weight / getting in shape only?
getting in shape, especially for basketball use
