basicly the same as confucious but I don't take protiens and amino acids, just eat food rich in protiens and drink milk it will do the work, unless you want to be the next Hercules :P I go to the gym to gain weight and get in shape, I'm 72kg I want 75kg..I don't like to be thin.
Tips:
- Don't take protiens and testeron and those stuff, protiens are ok compared to testerone..(you don't really need that much)
- When exercising with machines and wieghts, don't add too much weight that you find it hard to complete, make sure you complete all the sets.
- Ask the coach to teach you how to do a new exercise set, sometimes you don't notice ur doing it wrong which will cause other muscles to work and causes u trouble (pain in the back for example)
- I see that you have lots of free time so try to follow a schedule..ma t2attish ktir the more you follow a schedule the more you get results.
