I think they're referring to the fact that men and women are physically and physiologically different to begin with. They can be equal in rights, but not equal in physical abilities (generally speaking, not talking about women bodybuilders or anything like that).

Women are also superior to men in alot of things. They're natural born mothers, they're more affectionate than we could ever hope to be. How about having a man go through labor and see how that goes???

There is alot more to women that can't be said in a single post. Each is superior to the other in many aspects. But in rights they are (or should be) equal.
