Hey there! I'll explain:

01- with "master quality", the song in mp3 format is ripped from an original CD or brought from a trusted source like radios archive, artist manager... etc. So, no matter what the bit rate is at, just be sure that a song you provide sounds clean and plays no disturtion at all.. You can recognize this via headphone not regular speakers. By this, you are able listening to the arrangement of each instrument of the music clearly..

02- As for "not tagged" I don't mean the ID3 tags or any other text tags submitted but the voice ones, which means you must have no voice tag of a radio station or a website name over the song once played
