if someone is poor to the point of needing to kill, I doubt he has access or time to wait for the discovery channel...
also what the american tech has is very different than we have. the US has a database of DNA and prints from past criminals for example, if we had such a database, the guy is said to be a former prisoner in roumieh, we should have been easily able to identify his blood. if we had a criminal database at least we can narrow down the suspects living in the killing area to former criminals...
point is, we have limited intel and resources, and we made that public knowledge...
