maybe civil laws allow you to kill him, but of course religious values don't.

If a machine is certain that he wishes to die, we can't be certain since he is paralyzed.
Even if it was true(wanting to die), the guy is desperate and not conscious of what he's wishing, so he doesn't have the necessary legal capacity to decide. In addition to that he's equal to a person who wants to commit suicide, would you help a man to suicide?
I would just wish him patience and the ability to be healed in the future by a miracle or with medical evolution.
shouldn't it be his choice?
he has nothing to live for, and he is still relatively young, he could live another 20 years before death comes for him, 20 years of not being able to do anything at all. and he wants to die
