Many people are killed not from bombing, Al-houla massacre is the example. Why would the army kill people in their homes, why would they kill kids and women? But it is a usual practice for all terrorists.
The army couldn't avoid civilian casualties. If the opposition is so concerned about these losses, they would try to stop the war, but in fact they want more losses to blame Assad's army.

They do it because of 200$/day which turks offer for being in the so called "free syrian army", some others really don't like Assad.
