I don't think that Bashar will ever rule Syria like before, he's either gonna get kicked out, killed, or he's gonna have to make an agreement with the rebels.
As long as the west is supporting those people who's making all the mess, it's not gonna end with Bashar crushing them.
Also, I think that the name "Syrian Free Army" overrates the rebels.
This is not an army, they don't have a hierarchy, they don't have a leader, they don't have a doctrine. They're just a bunch of people who are either getting paid, brainwashed, or have a blind hatred toward Bashar.
I also believe that the explosion that happened a few days ago is not the work of the "Syrian Free Army", they are not that powerful. I believe it's the work of foreign intelligence.
I think that after this "war" ends, we will witness a new Sykes-Picot agreement. Syria will never be the same, whether Bashar stays or not. And this will affect Lebanon whether we like it or not.
USA and Israel wants to deprecate all the armies around it, and they are doing a good job at it. I only wish that the Syrian rebels know how the USA has a history of ditching everyone they don't need anymore.
