Forums and chat rooms were THE thing several years back, but now with web 2.0, it's the age of giant social networks where you use your own identity.
Around a week ago, I accidentally stumbled upon a forum that was started by some "rebel" members who were here first, those douches we used to make fun of. It happened that they closed their forum due to inactivity. (funny thing is that I saw the message just hours after it was published).
Even forum.tayyar.org, which was by far the most active forum in Lebanon was closed down, then later reopened independently as oroom.org
The Internet Interaction model has changed, this is what happened. Oh, and we grew up old.
