Well Sorry Guys , First Toturial Ma Kenet Mjarreba 3al Xp Abel , But This Is A Very Easy Way To Change The Name Of Recycle Bin In Windows Xp... It Is Working 100% ...

1st. Open The Not Pad Text Editor Or Any Text Editor.
2nd. Copy This Following Code And Paste In The NotePad

 REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder]
"Attributes"=hex:50,01,00,20
"CallForAttributes"=dword:00000000

3rd. Save As The Code In A *.reg Extension Such As ( Rename Recycle Bin.reg ) { You Can Save It Where Ever You Want }
4th. Open The File That You Saved And Click Yes Then Click Ok.
5th. Now Right Click On The Recycle Bin And You Will Find That You Will Have A ( Rename Button o And You Can Change The Name When Ever You Want
