Answering your question, the answer is no there won't be a civil war in lebanon because it's not us who decide it.
if the united states accept it would start right now.
but don't forget that the united states won't give any credits to syria by saying that after the syrian withdrawal lebanon was destroyed.
as i see the only people talking about war is the government & co.
the same heads during the syrian occupation the ones who were calling for we7det el massar wel massir and saying that we 'the opposition that time' were looking for a civil war.
that's another way to scare lebanese and hide the important subjects.
