here's my sad poem
Started out as friends
nothin' more nothin' less
but friendships turn 2 love & i'm a victim i confess
it aint somethin' that u ask 4
it's a gift from above
4 the blessings we receive we should really thank the Lord
he giveth & he taketh
but i'm a man & like a man is how i take it
so dear Lord don't test my patience
u sent her 2 me, touched my heart soothly
took me 4 a fool cuz then u drew her from me
u dont do that 2 a man cuz know im trapped
in a space of loneliness that u built without a map
i cant find my way around
so i stumble 2 the ground
hold my head up high, then tears drip down my eyes
the truth of the matter is u really let down ur kidd
& forgivin' is part of life but me i aint wit that ishh
miserable, gloomy & confused
this is really not the ending that i would've chose for u
love, marriage, kids & eternal life
instead "why me" r the words that i now recite
shit happens 4 a reason
but ur reasons are unknown
because He's with the 1 i love, here's my sad song!!!
