Who can help? The arabs, useless. Iran, shu khassa? the US mashghouleh bil dehil taba3a... Who then? Europe? naaaah.

The answer is:
TURKEY!

Turkey has good ties with all the parties involved in the Lebanese 'conflict'... Good relations with Syria and Iran... Has enough influence over European countries... Has no problem with the Israelis, and is an American ally...Finally, it has, to some extent, the sympathy of the sunnis in lebanon, it being a major sunni nation. So, if anyone can help, it's not 3amer mousa, nor kofi anan, nor malek fahed, certainly not bush or ahmadinajad or chirac...Turkey :P
1- Hala2 bi oumo 3lek l armane

2-It's sad to see that Lebanese can't sort the problems together so we have to search for a "wassit"

Here's another point for your raisonement:
Turkey wants to prove that it's a big player in the region to get more "points" to enter the EU.
