here is how you do it
make e.g "con" folder by following method
STEP1: goto command prompt
STEP2: type in prompt e:\> "mkdir \\.\e:\con"
STEP3: verify by typing "dir \\.\e:\con"
STEP4: delete the file or folder "rmdir \\.\e:\con"

also here are some names that are not allowed to windows folders by default:
CON - The display monitor
PRN - Default value is LPT1
LPT1-LPT3
AUX - Serial port 1 (COM1)
COM1-COM4
NUL
