1- go to control panel => speech => new (and make a new profile u should know how D

2- go to microsoft word : tools=> speech

3- start talking

4- you can also tell commands like : if u want to exit microsoft word u can say : "file" "exit" aor if u wanna save a filr u can say : "file" "save"
