hey bro, 1st welcome btw us, well u can use the forum attach:

1- Click on the "New Reply"
2- A new page will be opened for u, if u scroll down u will be able to see somethin called "Manage Attachments" click on it..and here you go...
3- You browse the location of ur file (mp3, wav, doc, wmv, jpg...) and u click on upload
4- Once uploaded, u click on the top of the attachment on somethin called "close this window", u write ur reply
5- Submit Reply
