hey dudes, the best way to send money if u don't have online payment is western union
it really works
and its cheap

if you want to send from lebanon to lebanon it costs only 5$ fees
you go into western union office
you give them the money
they give u an MTCN number which you email it to xcoder and with this number he can take the money
